Aug 26: Prime Minister met H.E. Ms. Katerina N. Sakellaropoulou, President of Greece, in Athens on 25 August 2023.
Prime Minister expressed his condolences for the loss of life and property in the tragic incidents of forest fires in Greece.
President Sakellaropoulou congratulated the Prime Minister on the success of the Chandrayaan mission.
The two Leaders recalled the shared values of democracy, freedom and the rule of law. They also discussed matters related to sustainable development, women-led development, India’s G20 presidency and the deepening of India-Greece relations.
