May 27: Ms. Pratibha Parkar has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Angola.
The 2000 batch IFS officer is presently the Consul General of India in Frankfurt, Germany. She will replace HE Mr. SRIKUMAR MENON who vacated the post on 30th November 2019.
Currently Shri T. K. Mishra, Charge de Affaires is overseeing the affairs of the embassy.
She is expected to take up the assignment shortly
