May 18: Shri Alok Ranjan Jha appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Belarus
The 2002 batch IFS officer is presently serving as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry. He shall replace H E Sangeetha Bahadur who recently moved up to take charge as the Ambassador of India to Malta
He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
