May 22: Shri Pradip Kumar Yadav has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Liberia
The 2007 batch officer is currently serving in the Ministry of External affairs.
It may be noted that until recently Liberia didnot have any Indian Embassy and was concurrrently accredited to the Embassy of India in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. With the addition of new embassy, the Indian presence in the West African region increases. Along with liberia, Sierra leone, Togo and Sao Tome saw indian missions.
