Sep 6: Shri Amit Kumar appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Korea
The 1995 batch IFS Officer is currently serving as the Consul General, Consulate General of India in Chicago, United States of America. He shall replace Hon. Amb. Sripriya Ranganathan who has vacated the position to take charge as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of India in Washington DC, United States of America
He is expected to take charge soon.
