Tehran / Washington: Oil prices have risen on the eve of the Iran missile attack on US-allied forces in Iraq, the report said.
Brent crude oil prices rose 5 percent to $ 73.21 a barrel on Asian trade, the report said.
US oil production has more than doubled in the past decade, producing more than 13 million barrels a day, the company said. The United States now ranks first in oil production.
Gold and Japanese yen prices have risen in the wake of reports that Iran has attacked US troops. In this case, the global stock market Sensex index declined.
