However Malaysia few days back has hit back to the international community with a new sloganeering as “Palm Oil is God’s Gift” which they intent to use as propaganda to promote Palm Oil consumption both locally and internationally.
Malaysia has been the second largest cultivator and exporter of Palm Oil Industry and contributes to 30% of world exports. Indonesia is the world’s largest palm exporter with 53% market share.
Palm is the most economical edible oil due to it’s largest production of edible oil per hectare and hence is used heavily in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) segment along with Kitchen Cooking Oil.
