Oct 28: Last week Bengaluru, the IT Hub of India witnessed the formation of a new association in the name of “Confederation of Indian MSME in ESDM & IT (CIMEI)” by the leaders of the Electronics and Semiconductor Segment to support the MSMEs in the Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) and IT with necessary support and activities related to the ESDM sector. The association shall also support both state and central governments in the formation and implementation of various Policies related to Electronics industry
The founding Chairman and Director General of CIMEI shall be Mr. Jairaj Srinivas and shall be supported by various industry leaders such as Sanjeev Keskar, Uma Reddy, Ravindra Kumar, Dr. Shankar Reddy, Shubha Mangala Sunil, Swaroop Suryanarayana, Satish Kota & Dr. Muthuswamy
The Confedration shall be headquartered in Bengaluru but shall have branches across the country in all the state capitals
